Declaration guide

There are different ways to submit your declaration:

Online via myDeclaration

The most efficient way is to complete it online via myDeclaration:

To access the application, you must first register. Simply contact our customer service advisors (customer@valipac.be). They will send you a registration email with a link that will enable you to create your own password. The username will be your email address.

Once you have registered, you can log in to myDeclaration to complete and submit your declaration.

Manual declaration

You can also still complete your declaration manually using the declaration forms.

MyFost

MyFost is an application reserved for companies which are clients of both Fost Plus (household packaging) and Valipac (industrial packaging) and which also make declarations based on packaging sheets.

If you choose this declaration system, please note that only a detailed declaration based on packaging sheets is possible, even for your industrial packaging.
